  • Remove the cover. Wash with a mix of 1/4 cup bleach, 1/4 cup of mild detergent & 4 litres of water. Do not use solvent based cleaners. Line dry only.

    Great Item

    We bought one of these beds years ago and the cover is just abut to wear through. We have bought this one to replace it, but haven't put it on yet.

    XL replacement mat

    After contacting customer service , and getting no real help I totally do not recommend this bed cover.

    It’s cheap and nasty material, I sent pics of how badly it sags only to be told it’s how they are and probably no good for my dog!

    Well replace it then ! The beige ones were great , not my fault you went cheap materials

    Replacement Snooza cover

    I bought this Snooza bed back in the early 2000’s with our 1st & 2nd Golden Retriever pups. Back when the bed & cover were both green! E we are on to our 3rd & 4th Goldens. The 4th has just turned 2 & has just finished his chew, destroy phase, where he destroyed the green cover so l bought the black cover as a replacement. It has lasted quite well so far. This bed lives outside undercover and is used everyday by one or both of our hounds. Recently l purchased another cover to have in reserve.

    Weak thread

    These covers used to last longer but now they split within a week or two of use and I have to repair them with baling twine

    It may be because my dogs have grown up (Gordon setters) and are heavier but they only sleep one to a bed and I get the extra large size

    The poor quality would be resolved if you used a stronger thread for the stitching in the large cover sizes
