COVID-19 Operating Update

As a Melbourne business, we want to confirm it is 'business as usual' for our online store as we continue to operate and ship your orders Australia Wide as normal throughout Stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne.

Our operations are continuing with all necessary COVID-19 precautions and safe practices in place for our staff and delivery partners. 

Deliveries Impacted by COVID-19

Despatch times: Please note due to increased online order volumes despatch times can take up to 5 business days from receipt of order. 

Delivery: We have been informed by Australia Post and Star Track Express that they are experiencing significant delays in the delivery of parcels, due the surge in volumes of online orders across the country.  We are still processing most orders within our regular time frames however these Australia Post delays may impact our normal delivery performance. An important notice on Repairs, Showroom & Workshop

As we find ourselves in these uncertain times we've had to make some changes to the way we operate here at Snooza.

Snooza Repair Service

In the interest of public and workplace health and safety due to the health concerns relating to COVID-19 we have temporarily suspended the Snooza Repair Service which includes temporary closure of our Showroom/Shop.

For now we cannot accept any repairs including drop off at Snooza, drop off at Retail Partners or via post.

Repairs currently on premises at Snooza are being processed and will be returned via Australia Post.


Our doors are closed for now however you can view our entire range here online at Snooza or chat with us online for any advice on choosing the right bed for your pet. 

Our retail partners continue to be stocked with Snooza product and remain open as they are an essential service, visit our stockist page to find a retailer near you to see our products in person.
