An important notice on Repairs, Showroom & Workshop

As we find ourselves in these uncertain times we've had to make some changes to the way we operate here at Snooza.

Snooza Repair Service

In the interest of public and workplace health and safety due to the health concerns relating to COVID-19 we have temporarily suspended the Snooza Repair Service which includes temporary closure of our Showroom/Shop.

For now we cannot accept any repairs including drop off at Snooza, drop off at Retail Partners or via post.

Repairs currently on premises at Snooza are being processed and will be returned via Australia Post.

Our doors are closed for now however you can view our entire range here online at Snooza or chat with us online for any advice on choosing the right bed for your pet. 

Our retail partners continue to be stocked with Snooza product and remain open as they are an essential service, visit our stockist page to find a retailer near you to see our products in person. 

Factory & Workshop

The health and wellbeing of our customers, staff & families is undeniably our most important responsibility at this time and minimising any potential exposure is key as we all work to flatten the curve.
