    Outdoor beds for our work dogs

    The 2 of the 3 work dogs are notorious for ripping beds.... so far so good. I love that the zip is along the back so I can flip the bed over when the dogs come in wet and muddy. Once the mud is dry, I am just able to brush it off with a bristle brush.

    Very happy

    Eventually I have found a dog bed that my dog Ted hasn’t been able to put out of his bed and rip into a million pieces. And believe me I have tried all of them.

Is the Modern D1000 a chew proof bed ?

As our furry friends teeth are designed to chew through bone there are very few truly chewproof beds in the market. The D1000 is designed for tough outdoor use and is waterproof, but given enough time and determination a dog will be able to chew through the fabric.

Can the D1000 be used inside ?

Yes, absolutely. The D1000 is perfect for larger dogs and dogs that shed as the fabric is easy to clean and fur does not stick.

Can the D1000 be washed ?

Yes, every component of the D1000 dog bed can be washed. The cover can also be wiped with warm soapy water and most liquid will bead off for easy clean up.
