    Love these beds

    I really wanted a smaller version of this bed to put on the verandah for our little dogs who very naughtily destroy all of their nice beds. I have managed to repair them all, but wanted something tougher.

    However, it is too big for our verandah. I then gave it to one of our bigger dogs who had it one night & has chewed the handle off & put two holes in it!

    Consequently, he has now lost it. Our other big dog has one in her kennel which we bought 7 years ago & which she loves.

    Would really like a smaller version as they are generally very tough & comfy

    Good product

    Our Dogs love this bed, they have a kennel for nighttime but during the day they love being on the bed, keeps them cool when hot and warm when cold. It is tough too. Well done.

    We've lived on Snooza beds all our lives. When these canvas beds arrived we were a little suspicious as the canvas feel was different to our fluffy beds. So, despite Mum liking the quality and look of the new beds, we chewed a corner in a few minutes and now try to access the lounge.... Blankets have been added to the new beds to try and make them more appealing, with limited success.

    Whippet crash mats

    These are holding up really well, the 9 month old whippet pup is launching into them at pace and they don't have a scratch. They warm up in the sun pretty quick, and the dogs love getting their morning sun kicks on them. Very happy with purchase.

Is the Modern D1000 a chew proof bed ?

As our furry friends teeth are designed to chew through bone there are very few truly chewproof beds in the market. The D1000 is designed for tough outdoor use and is waterproof, but given enough time and determination a dog will be able to chew through the fabric.

Can the D1000 be used inside ?

Yes, absolutely. The D1000 is perfect for larger dogs and dogs that shed as the fabric is easy to clean and fur does not stick.

Can the D1000 be washed ?

Yes, every component of the D1000 dog bed can be washed. The cover can also be wiped with warm soapy water and most liquid will bead off for easy clean up.
