Free Repair Service

Whilst we cannot guarantee against the damage pets can cause (dogs can chew through bone after all!), we do offer a FREE REPAIR SERVICE in an effort to extend the life of your Snooza product. So if your pet's shown their bed a little too much love, we may be able to help.

Before you send anything to us though, there are a few things to note...

  • Probably most importantly, your Snooza product will need to be repairable. As hard as we try, sometimes there's just too much damage even for us to fix. Please phone us for assistance or email us a photo if you're unsure.
  • Lin & Annie (our diligent repairers) are responsible for making your pet's bed (or what's left of it) usable again. To ensure they don't leave us, please wash & dry your product thoroughly before getting it to us.
  • Replacement parts, if required, will be charged at a minimal cost.
  • Our Free Repair Service is not available outside Australia.

 

Getting your Snooza back to us:

You can either post your Snooza product directly to us, including reply paid postage; say hello to us in person & drop it into our factory during business hours; or alternatively, if you live in the Melbourne metropolitan area, phone us for your local Snooza stockist & we can arrange to collect it from them. No matter the method, please be sure to include your name & telephone number with your product. It's also best to send back ONLY the part that needs repairing.
