FAQs

  1. What do you need from me to be able to place my first order?
    A completed Reseller Application Form. Each application is considered on an individual basis so this lets us know a little bit more about you before we make this decision.
  2. How quickly will I get my order?
    This depends on two things – the size of your order & where we’re sending it to. If your store is in the Melbourne Metro area you may be suited to our delivery run (on a weekly/fortnightly basis).

    For postal orders, standard size orders are generally dispatched in two working days. Transit times will vary depending on your location. 
  3. What are your payment terms?
    We don’t offer credit terms to any new reseller, everyone starts out on a C.O.D basis. We will only consider credit terms when an ongoing relationship has been established & this will be reviewed on an individual basis. 
  4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
    No, there is no minimum order requirement, you may order as little or a much as you need. However, we try to assist with the cost of freight as much as possible by offering freight rebates on larger orders. 
  5. How will my order be sent?
    If your store is in the Melbourne Metro area, we personally deliver to most areas on a fortnightly or weekly basis. Alternatively, items will be sent via StarTrack Express who guarantee their delivery times & offer a comprehensive track & trace service. 
  6. Do you offer a Drop Ship service?
    Yes! We can ship orders directly to your customers on your behalf. 
  7. What is your returns & credits policy?
    Product/s returned due to change of mind - need to be received within 30 days, in re-sellable condition & from our current range. Returns may be subject to a handling & repacking fee.

    Product/s returned due to a fault – please contact us. It’s important to speak to us directly & as quickly as possible so that we can resolve the problem & be made aware of any manufacturing issues. We happily back our range with a 100% Lifetime Guarantee against faulty workmanship & materials however, we do not guarantee against damage caused by dogs. To assist with this, we offer a Repair Service.
  8. How do I find out about new products or changes to your existing range?
    We endeavour to release at least two new products each year & are continually improving on our existing range. We provide updates by email so it’s vital to keep your details up to date.
  9. Does Snooza sell direct to the public?
    As a manufacturer we concentrate on what we do best - making fantastic products, so we will always try to point a customer in your direction first.  However, as customers are not always able to find exactly what they’re after or may not have a store close by, we do also offer to assist them directly (after all, we all want happy customers!). We sell our range to the public at the recommended retail price, plus freight.

    Our strict quality control standards also mean we end up with seconds during our manufacturing process. So, in keeping with our recycling policy, we have occasional seconds & samples sales to offer these products to the public at discounted prices.
  10. What if a customer requests something that isn’t in your existing range?
    Sometimes customers ask for one of our products but in a different fabric, size or something totally different altogether. Please phone us on 03 9587 3455 if you have one of these queries as more often than not, we are able to assist.
  11. I have a really silly question…?
    There is no such thing!  Please phone us if you have any questions at all about our products, prices, fabrics, custom made items, new product ideas, etc.
