We ... ... ... are varied

Some of us have 2 legs & some of us have 4! We bring at least 6 different cuisines to the lunchroom, at least 4 different faiths to celebrate & prove happily that age is no issue. Our resident family of testers (& occasionally models!) keep us on our toes & remind us all exactly why we do what we do. But, you also need to know that "behind every great tester is..." the finest crew you’d ever like to work with.

We ... ... ... care

Very muchly so. Two of us rotate in the checking area permanently on the lookout for what must not be let out the front door. You’ve seen our guarantee - we stand proudly by it. We search for better raw materials & are ever on the lookout for better ways of manufacturing... & then we test & re-test just to make sure. By the time your best friend is using something from Snooza you can be assured that we know they will be comfortable & safe.

We ... ... ... are committed

We recycle as much as we possibly can. We have the worm farm for our lunch scraps. The recycling men visit us monthly - the plastic man, the paper man & the steel man. So do the teachers - all our fabric & foam off-cuts are in our local schools. We also try to use recycled raw materials in our products - please look at our Cat Scratching Pole & Kennel. But most importantly we make things that last & do not have a limited time span. So, when the cover on your buddy’s bed has had its day there is no need to throw out the whole bed - replacement covers are available. We offer a free repair service because we would rather repair than replace - why throw anything away if it can be repaired??

If it means improvements then we embrace change. We need to hear from you if we can improve upon anything we do - be it this website, our products or absolutely any ideas you have for new products!!

Now ... ... ... The beginning...

Snooza Pet Products began with The Original Dog Bed in 1989 but it was the arrival of Slugger & Titch (our 2 mini dachshunds) in 1994 that really developed our business.  They came to the factory every day for 7 years to inspire us!  Very, very sadly we lost Titch several years ago. Then Jack came on board to keep Slugger company - they were a great team & oversaw the development of 'Jack's Bed' which has been very popular. As we're all too aware, our pets are very much part of the family so you can imagine our devastation when Jack passed away suddenly in early 2007 and then Slugger several months later - it was the end of an era for Snooza!

On a happier note, we pride ourselves on making everything in our factory, using the best quality materials, recycling wherever possible (we even have a worm farm for our lunch scraps!), & testing & re-testing our products.

We believe "it's better to buy once well than many times poorly" & as such we are not prepared to compromise our quality for price.

In keeping with this policy, & our commitment to the environment, we offer with most of our range replacement parts & covers.
